About me

During my pregnancy, the first thing people said to me was “sleep while you can“ "Good luck with the sleep deprivation” or “say goodbye to sleep!” This is understandably the last thing you want to hear when you’re bringing a baby into the world! This triggered something for me. What if you could have children, and still sleep? After having my little boy, I went on to study and qualify as a certified gentle sleep coach. Now I have fulfilled my passion and work with parents’ individual needs to ensure they are not unnecessarily suffering from lack of sleep.
I am dedicated and genuinely so passionate about helping parents get their well deserved good night sleep back. With my gentle, holistic and evidence based sleep techniques, we can work together achieve your ideal sleep goal.
